招生专业 090302-植物营养学 090301-土壤学 招生方向 土壤化学 土壤肥力 土壤光谱 新型肥料研究与应用 新型肥料研究与应用 学历 1993, 09 - 1997, 07: 华中农业大学资环学院,植物营养专业,获学士学位; 1997, 09 - 2000, 06: 华中农业大学微量元素研究室,植物营养专业,获硕士学位; 2000, 09 - 2003, 07: 中科院南京土壤研究所(与以色列理工大学联合培养),土壤- 植物营养专业,获博士学位;其间2002- 2003年于 以色列理工大学土木与环境工程学院学习。 出国学习工作 2004, 05 - 2004, 08: 德国汉诺威大学植物营养研究所访问学者; 2005, 10 - 2006, 10: 以色列理工大学土木与环境工程学院博士后; 2010, 07 - 2010, 08: 澳大利亚CSIRO水土研究所合作研究; 2011, 03, - 2011, 06: 美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校访问教授。 工作经历 2003, 07 - 2005, 07: 中国科学院南京土壤研究所助理研究员; 2005, 08 - 2008, 11: 中国科学院南京土壤研究所副研究员; 2008, 12 - 现在: 中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员。 研究工作   结合光谱学和工程数学,利用红外衰减全反射光谱(FTIR-ATR)表征耕地土壤和温室土壤的盐分特征,为土壤质量进行光谱学表征;首次利用FTIR-ATR分析氮同位素,实现氮同位素的快速和原位测定,结合氮同位素研究了土壤中的铵态氮的硝化过程,实现了土壤净硝化能力直接和原位表征;基于人工神经网络和偏最小二乘法模型,在国际上首次将傅里叶转换红外光声光谱(FTIR-PAS)应用于土壤分类研究,取得了重要的研究进展,指出FTIR-PAS可以作为土壤的指纹,由此可实现土壤的快速鉴定,具有较强的创新性;此外,也将FTIR-PAS逐步拓展到土壤肥力评估、土壤矿物测定、土壤界面过程、土壤环境监测以及土壤制图。为土壤数字化提供有效手段,也为土壤学研究创建了重要的分析平台。   系统地研究了聚合物包膜肥料的控释原理,通过理论模拟阐明了养分扩散释放机制,建立了养分释放的理论与经验模型,提出了影响养分释放的主要因素及贡献率,提出了控释参数的优化方法,为聚合物包膜肥料的研制及其质量控制提供了理论基础;率先提出了水基反应成膜技术,开展了模型膜研究,实现了中试,具有明显的优越性和广泛的应用前景。 教授课程 高等农业化学 专利与奖励 中华农业科技奖一等奖(主持); 中国科学院科技贡献奖二等奖(主持); 中国农业科技创新创业大赛特别奖(主持); 江苏省科技进步一等奖 (排名第2); 湖北省优秀硕士论文奖; 2008北京奥运会火炬手; 江苏省青年创业奖 出版信息 发表学术论文178篇,其中SCI论文73篇,EI论文26篇,出版中英文专著4部,获软件著作权2项,申请国家发明专利12项,其中已授权6项。 发表著作 ( 1 ) 可持续农业进展, Sustainable Agriculture Reviews, Springer Publisher, 2010-07, 第 5 作者 ( 2 ) 动物粪便环境化学, Environmental Chemistry of Animal Manure, Nova Sciences, 2011-07, 第 5 作者 ( 3 ) 土壤红外光声光谱原理及应用, Soi infrared photoacoustic spectra: principle and application, 科学出版社, 2012-06, 第 1 作者 Principal and Practice in Enhancing Nutrient Use Efficiency, Science Press, 2015-12, 第 2 作者 科研活动 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,主持国家“十一五”科技支撑计划子课题、国家“863”计划子课题和国家“973”计划子课题各1项,主持国家人事部留学回国人员择优资助经费1项,主持中国科学院知识创新重要方向项目(青年人才类)和院地合作项目各1项,主持江苏省“十一五”科技支撑计划1项。 合作情况 分别与以色列、澳大利来、美国、芬兰等国家有关科研机构开展了合作和交流。
