教育经历 1985-北京大学物理系学士学位 1988-年中国科学院物理所光学硕士学位 1994-中国工程物理研究院等离子体物理博士学位工作经历 1994年至今在北京应用物理与计算数学研究所，兼任等离子体物理教研室主任个人荣誉、所获奖项等 1999年获部委级科技进步一等奖一项

研究领域

主要研究聚变等离子体条件下强激光的传播、激光等离子体不稳定性（SRS、SBS、TPD等）的激发、耦合竞争和饱和机理；超热电子的产生、输运和预热过程；超强激光条件下强流粒子源,辐射源产生和应用等。
