教育背景 1988年毕业于山东医科大学医学系，学士 2000年毕业于北京大学医学部，医学博士 2005年考取国家留学基金委当年唯一的急诊专业公派留学基金，于2005-2008年在美国从事博士后研究(急诊与危重病医学) 2008年在美国参加心肺复苏培训，获得由美国心脏病协会和急诊学会联合授予的心肺复苏合格证书(初级和高级生命支持) 2011年11月-12月受法国卫生部邀请，在巴黎Hôtel-Dieu de Paris急救中心做高级访问学者工作经历 1988年8月-1990年3月北京天坛医院内科，住院医师 1990年3月-2009年8月北京大学第三医院急诊科(该院急诊科组建主要成员之一)住院医师，主治医师，副主任医师，急诊科副主任 2009年8月-现在北京世纪坛医院急诊科，主任医师，急诊科主任，急诊教研室主任获奖情况 2003年，荣获北京市统战系统抗击SARS先进个人 2005年，荣获北京大学第三医院教学先进个人 2008年，荣获北医三院优秀留学回国人员科研启动基金 2009年，荣获北京民革成立60周年表彰市级先进个人 2010年，荣获北京民革市委优秀女党员称号 2013年，北京大学医学部优秀教师

研究领域

主要从事急诊各种危重疑难病的抢救及治疗，成功指挥多次重大抢救，对疑难危重病人的诊断及抢救具有丰富的临床实践经验。精通急诊及危重症专业的基础理论和专业知识。在心肺复苏，严重感染，急性中毒，多脏器功能衰竭，心血管急症，呼吸系统急症，各系统急症，内分泌系统急症等各种危急重症，都具备很高的学术研究水平与临床救治经验。
