文爱军,男,1968年12月生,教授,博士生导师,IEEESeniorMember。1990年毕业于西安电子科技大学计算机通信专业,1998年获得西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统工学博士学位,1998年至1999年在德国柏林工业大学访问研究,2000年工作访问日本东京ACCA网络技术公司,2001年受德国国际学术交流基金资助,作为高级访问学者在德国亚琛理工大学访问研究。 科学研究
