个人简介

刘扬,研究员,硕士生导师,生物技术部转化医学科学中心疾病基因组学负责人,2007于中国医科大学获得细胞生物学博士学位,刘扬研究员于2007年毕业于中国医科大学,同年至2014年间赴美留学,分别在波士顿大学医学院和哈佛医学院从事肿瘤方面的转化医学研究工作。于2014年10月到大连化物所转化医学科学中心担任副研究员工作。刘扬研究员在人类遗传性疾病及多种肿瘤的前临床研究方面有着较突出的贡献,对肿瘤表观遗传学研究方面也获得了一些重要新的发现和成绩。他的文章发表在国际著名杂志如NatureGenetics,Blood,ClinicalCancerResearch,MolecularCancerTherapeutics,FASEBJ以及PlosOne等。

研究领域

目前主要从事罕见肿瘤遗传学机制的发现和致癌代谢物与肝癌形成关系及其调控机制的研究。其中主要以MYC癌基因驱动的肝癌作为研究模型,系统的研究MYC基因的异常与肝癌代谢组学及致病机制和临床转化意义。另一方面,系统阐明肿瘤突变及相关信号通路激活与肿瘤发生,耐药机制的相关性,从而研发新的治疗。
