个人简介

裴雁曦,男,1970年生。山西大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。 ORCID:0000-0002-8428-3399 “特色植物资源研究利用”山西省重点实验室主任;山西大学生物学分学术委员会主任;山西省高校教学名师,山西省高校优秀青年学术带头人;山西省学科评议委员会委员;国家自然科学基金委生命科学部会评专家;农业部转基因生物新品种培育重大专项会议评审专家;山西大学学位评定委员会委员;山西大学教学指导委员会成员;中国生化与分子生物学会农学分会常务理事;山西省生化与分子生物学会常务理事;山西省植物学会常务理事;先后主持国家自然科学基金项目7项,发表SCI论文近50篇,论文被Nature,PhysiolReviews,NatGenet,NatRevgenet,PNAS,AnnuRevPlantBiol,PlantCell,NatCommu,AntioxidRedoxSign,Molplant,PlantJ,CurrOpinplantbiol,Jexpbot,PlosGenet,CurrBiol,TrendsBiochemSci,PlantCellEnviron,SciSign,Plantphysiol,TrendsCellBiol等期刊引用1267次,最高单篇论文引用147次(201901015统计),单篇引用超过50次的论文12篇。 教育和科研经历: 1989.9-1993.7山西农业大学园艺系,学士 1993.9-1996.7山西农业大学园艺系,硕士 1999.9-2002.7浙江大学生物技术研究所,博士 2005.3-2008.3中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,博士后 2009.12-2010.6加拿大安大略省lakehead大学CMRU研究中心,访问学者 工作经历: 1996.7-1999.7山西大学生命科学院,助教;1999.7,任讲师;2004.9任副教授,硕士导师;2007.10至破格晋升教授,博士生导师。
