李建平，男，党员，宁夏大学农学院动物科学系（草业教研室）教师。2012年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学水土保持研究所，同年8月就职于宁夏大学，2014年5月进入宁夏大学草学博士后流动站，2015年9月-2016年7月在美国密苏里州立大学访问学习
