受教育经历 1978/09-1982/07，浙江农业大学土化系，本科； 1982/09-1985/07，中国科学院南京土壤研究所，硕士研究生； 1985/09-1988/07，中国科学院南京土壤研究所，博士研究生。研究工作经历： 1985-1989，中国科学院南京土壤研究所，研究实习员、助理研究员； 1989-1992，美国新泽西州立罗格斯大学环境科学系，博士后； 1992-1993，中国科学院南京土壤研究所，副研究员； 1993-2011，中国科学院南京土壤研究所，研究员； 2012-至今，南京师范大学地理科学学院，特聘教授

研究领域

主要从事土壤碳、氮循环与全球变化关系的研究，包括土壤有机碳转化规律与碳平衡关系、氮硝化和反硝化与氮氧化物排放及氮素农业面源污染的关系等
