个人简介
蒋海军，1968 年 3 月生，男，汉族，湖南永州人，中共党员。教授，博士生导师，国务院政府特贴专家。1990 年 7 月本科毕业于伊犁师范学院，1994 年 7月硕士毕业于上海华东师范大学，2004 年 7 月博士毕业于新疆大学，同年 9 月进入东南大学数学系博士后流动站工作，2006 年 9 月出站回新疆大学工作至今。先后任新疆大学教务处副处长、实验室与设备管理中心主任、图书馆馆长，数学与系统科学院院长、数学物理研究所所在。现任 SCI 收录国际期刊 Neurocomputing编委；国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家、中国人工智能学会智能空天系统专业委员会；中国工业与应用数学学会第七届理事会理事；新疆数学会常务理事；中国自动化学会会员、多个国际会议程序委员会委员；Math Review 特约评论员。
