个人简介

教育背景 1985年-1989年,清华大学水利工程系,博士 1982年-1985年,清华大学水利工程系,硕士 1978年-1982年,武汉大学水利学院治河工程系,学士 主要经历 2016年1月,受聘南方科技大学环境科学与工程学院长期访问杰出教授 2015年12月,增选为中国科学院院士。 1991年,北京大学城市与环境学系副教授 1992年,北京大学城市与环境学系教授 1993年,组织创办《应用基础与工程科学学报》、组织参加国内最大的环境评价项目投标并中标 1994年,被北京大学聘为博士生导师、获国家教委霍英东青年教师基金、国家自然科学基金委优秀中青年人才基金 1995年,创建北京大学环境工程研究所、主持我国第一个工程环境监察审核项目 1996年,担任欧盟科技合作(INCO-DC)项目负责人 1996年,获“国家杰出青年基金”和国务院政府特殊津贴 1997年,主持国家自然科学基金重大项目 1998年,第九届全国政协委员 1998-1999年,牛津大学访问学者 1999年,主持国家重点基础研究规划项目的课题 1999年,作为中方主任主持中国-加拿大(CIDA)合作项目 1999年,组织第8届国际水沙科学学术会议,并被选为国际水沙科学协会常务理事 2000年,负责环境工程学科建设,借助学科整合的优势获得了环境工程专业博士点 2001年,联合兄弟院校组织创建“教育部水沙科学重点实验室” 2002年,组织建设环境工程实验室、成立环境工程系 2003年,第十届全国政协委员、人口资源环境专业委员会委员 2004年,建立产学研体系,促进学科发展
