个人简介

华中科技大学同济医学院博士毕业。曾获国际脑研究组织(IBRO)资助,赴匈牙利科学院实验医学研究所神经药理系研究学习二年。另申请到英国威康研究基金(WellcomeTrust)的科研课题资助,在英国伦敦大学学院自主神经科学研究所开展过研究工作。2009年赴美国内布拉斯加大学医学院药理和实验神经科学系进行工作访问,并被聘为内布拉斯加大学医学院药理和实验神经科学系客座教授(VisitingProfessor)。 研究兴趣、领域: 课题组致力于多年来一直从事外周神经节的生理、病理生理与药理学研究工作。主要从事神经病理痛外周神经损伤、心肌缺血与外周神经节病理生理、糖尿病并发外周神经损伤、糖尿病血管内皮损伤等研究。 主持完成国家自然科学基金课题六项 《川芎嗪对P2X3受体介导的伤害性感受的作用及机理研究;主持,批准号:30260030》、《P2X3受体在颈部交感神经节细胞介导心肌痛伤害性信息传递的作用研究;主持,批准号:30460040》、《P2X2/3受体在结状神经节细胞介导心肌痛伤害性信息传递的作用研究;主持,批准号:30660048》、《初级感觉神经元血管内皮生长因子及其受体在神经病理痛中的作用及机理研究;主持,批准号:30860086》、《颈部交感神经节P2X7受体与心肌缺血损伤介导失稳态交感反射的研究;主持,批准号:31060139》和《自主和初级感觉神经节中与糖尿病神经病变相关的类似mRNA的非编码RNA作用研究;主持,项目批准号:81171184》;主持完成一项教育部高等学校博士点专项科研基金课题《葛根素对初级感觉神经元P2X3受体介导烧伤痛的作用研究(批准号:20070403007)》。 现主持二项国家自然科学基金课题《背根神经节嘌呤2X受体介导HIV及其治疗相关神经病理痛的作用机制和拮抗研究;主持,项目批准号:31560276》和《背根神经节神经元与卫星胶质细胞间作用涉及探究糖尿病神经病理痛机制和潜在治疗靶点的新途径;主持,项目批准号:81570735》。发表研究论文130多篇(其中SCI收录杂志69篇)。获江西省自然科学二等奖一项、江西省自然科学三等奖二项(均为第一完成人)。获批美国发明专利一项、中国知识产权局发明专利二项(均为第一完成人)。

主要从事神经病理痛外周神经损伤、心肌缺血与外周神经节病理生理、糖尿病并发外周神经损伤、糖尿病血管内皮损伤等研究。
