(1)有机/杂化半导体器件的器件物理与应用研究:有机/杂化半导体非易失性存储器与忆阻器;有机场效应晶体管的电荷注入与电荷输运机理;有机场效应晶体管的稳定性与可靠性;以及相关的器件应用探索。 (2)功能纳米复合体材料的表征与应用研究:金属/半导体纳米颗粒与石墨烯等纳米复合体材料的离子液体辅助法制备;同步辐射表征;以及相关的催化传感应用。
