个人简介

吴承康高温气体力学家，长期从事烧蚀、等离子体科学技术以及燃烧科学技术研究，成为我国弹头烧蚀防热研究、等离子体科学和燃烧科学界的学术带头人。为发展我国航天、能源科学作出了卓越的贡献。1991年当选为中科院院士。简历 1929年11月14日出生于上海 1947年～1948年上海交通大学机械工程系 1949年～1951年美国威司康辛大学机械工程系，获学士学位 1951年～1952年美国威司康辛大学机械工程系，获硕士学位 1952年～1954年美国麻省理工学院机械工程系，获机械工程师学位 1954年～1957年美国麻省理工学院机械工程系，获科学博士学位 1957年1月～7月美国麻省理工学院斯龙内燃机实验室，任研究工程师 1957年～1960年中国科学院动力研究室，任副研究员 1960年～1970年中国科学院力学研究所，任副研究员 1970年～1974年第七机械工业部二院二零七所，任副研究员 1974年～1978年第七机械工业部七零一所，任副研究员 1978年中国科学院力学研究所，历任副研究员，研究员，研究室主任、副所长，现任研究员
