研究领域

1.复杂性状相关基因的遗传学研究：利用各类遗传位标（STR、SNP）和遗传资源（家系、同胞对、普通人群）进行各类性状的遗传分析和相关基因的研究。目前主要研究内容包括：利用临床女性真性性早熟样本和正常对照样本开展性早熟相关基因的研究；利用人为建立的小鼠家系进行性发育调控基因的定位克隆。 2．临床检测方案研究：通过对连接酶检测反应（ligase detective reaction,LDR）的系统研究，建立了LDR－OLIGO芯片SNP检测系统和LDR薄板（毛细管）SNP检测系统。上述系统可广泛应用于各类疾病相关基因的检测、个体化用药相关基因的检测、各类病原体基因突变检测和病原体分型鉴别。
