个人简介

个人简介: 黄悦,女,博士,讲师。2017年6月毕业于南京大学医药生物技术国家重点实验室,获博士学位, 同年9月就职于南京林业大学轻工与食品学院,从事教学科研工作。近年来在Anal. Chem.、Chem. Commun.、Biosens. Bioelectron.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等专业领域较好的SCI期刊上已正式发表28篇研究性论文。 研究课题情况: 参与两项国家自然科学基金青年项目

研究领域

研究方向为生物传感与食品安全检测,主要是食品中有害物质或者有害生物的检测分析,开发食品安全检测新方法,并应用于食品加工生产和食品检验等领域。
