个人简介
林万涛研究员，男，1962年生。1983年7月毕业于中国海洋大学数学系应用数学专业，理学学士。1986年7月毕业于中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所湖泊生态学专业，理学硕士。2000年7月毕业于中国科学院大气物理研究所气象学专业，理学博士。2002年10月中国海洋大学海洋环境学院博士后出站。目前负责和参加的主要课题有：国家自然科学基金项目，国家重点基础研究发展规划项目，国家科技支撑计划项目等。现主要从事大气和海洋问题的数值模拟、气候与植被相互作用、计算地球流体力学研究。
