个人简介

谭建成，教授，电气学院首批两名博导之一，电力系统及其自动化研究方向学科带头人。海外工作学习二十年有余，在世界著名电力设备厂家Alstom、AREVA工作数年，为著名的电磁暂态仿真程序PSCAD/EMTDC开发了继电保护库。曾任加拿大电科院首席工程师/科学家。参与/主持了许多国际大型工业研究项目。最近全职回校任教。有近30年电力系统方面的研究及工程经历，长期工作在电力系统的科研、教学和工业应用第一线，具有宽阔的国际视野，是电力系统运行分析、继电保护与控制、智能变电站、新能源并网等多个领域的国际资深专家，主持参与了大量工程及研究项目，取得了较多的研究成果，发表了100来篇论文，SCI/EI收录论文50来篇。主讲课程硕博研究生课程：柔性直流输电，科技英语写作，智能变电站，电力系统经济学原理本科：电力系统暂态分析，电力系统继电保护，能源互联网双语课程：科技英语写作，电力系统分析主持（或参与）的主要科研项目目前全职回校任职。目前在研项目：交直流系统安全稳定研究归国前，主持参与了系列国际工程及研究项目，取得了较多的研究成果。是国际知名的广域保护与控制、智能变电站技术、继电保护等领域电力专家。已取得的国际一流成果如下： 1)创建了第一个基于IEC61850技术的智能变电站实时全景测试平台。 2)提出了世界上第一个模块化预装组合式智能变电站建设方案。 3)建立了国际第一家独立第三方IEC61850互操作性测试实验室KINECTRICSIEC61850InteroperabilityTestingLab。 4）攥写并执教了智能变电站技术与应用实验教程。 5)为世界著名的大型暂态仿真程序PSCAD/EMTDC开发了基于时域的保护库，在国内外广泛应用至今。 6）在国际上首次提出了具有高选择性高可靠性的广域后备保护理论。

研究领域

柔性直流输电及新能源并网技术、电力市场、继电保护及广域保护与控制，电力系统安全稳定分析及控制，、智能变电站技术。
