个人简介

2004年本科毕业于浙江大学,2009年博士毕业于中科院半导体研究所。随后在美国怀俄明大学、密歇根大学以及德国伊尔梅诺理工大学等知名高校工作。德国物理学会会员。2015年进入中科院半导体研究所半导体材料科学重点实验室工作。与国外诸多知名科研单位有较深的合作关系
