个人简介

王利军,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 2004年获美国西弗吉尼亚大学(WestVirginiaUniversity)博士学位。2004年11月至2006年11月在德国柏林Ferdinand-Braun研究所材料技术部工作。2006年12月起在中科院半导体所材料科学重点实验室工作。曾用光致发光(PL)、光致发光激发(PLE)、傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)吸收、微区拉曼等多种实验方法研究了ZnO,GaN等宽禁带半导体材料的光学和电学性质:主要包括半导体材料中光致发光的复合机理;材料中杂质和缺陷识别及其微观结构分析。 目前主要从事中远红外量子级联激光器的研制、性能分析及应用方面的工作:主要包括单模分布反馈量子级联激光器和宽调谐光栅外腔量子级联激光器的研制和性能分析;单模量子级联激光器在痕量气体检测方面的应用。作为负责人已完成863计划课题、973计划子课题、以及国家自然科学基金面上项目等6个项目。 目前在研项目包括国家自然科学基金重点项目和国家重点研发计划子课题。发表论文130余篇,累计被引用1500余次,获得国家发明专利授权21项。

研究领域

目前主要从事中远红外量子级联激光器的研制、性能分析及应用方面的工作:主要包括单模分布反馈量子级联激光器和宽调谐光栅外腔量子级联激光器的研制和性能分析;单模量子级联激光器在痕量气体检测方面的应用。
