个人简介

成步文,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 1989年在北京师范大学物理系获学士学位,1992年在北京师范大学低能核物理研究所获硕士学位,2006年在中国科学院半导体研究所获博士学位。1992年入中国科学院半导体研究所工作。他现任集成光电子学国家重点实验室学术委员会副主任,中国光学工程学会微纳光电子集成技术专家委员会副主任。他20多年来一直致力于硅基光电子材料和器件的研究,在SiGe、Ge、GeSn、GePb等Ⅳ族材料外延生长、特性研究、器件研制等方面做出了系统性研究成果。发表学术论文240余篇,获得国家发明专利20项。 近年完成/在研的主要项目: 1. 锗锡合金中锡的迁移动力学研究,面上基金,(2018.1-2021.12,主持) 2. 16通道100Gbps高响应低暗电流硅基微纳锗硅探测器阵列研究,重点研发计划课题,(2017.7-2022.6,主持) 3. 高性能Ge-Si单光子雪崩倍增探测器基础研究,重点基金,(2016.1-2020.12,骨干) 4. 300nm-1400nm宽光谱成像技术研究(基于多层纳米半导体材料),北京市科委,(2015.7-2018.6,主持) 5. 硅基高速光接收机集成芯片基础研究,重点基金,(2015.1-2019.12,主持) 6. 硅基锗锡合金材料外延生长机理研究,面上基金,(2012.1-2015.12,主持) 7. 硅基锗材料外延及其相关器件基础研究,重点基金,(2011-2014,主持) 8. 硅基集成100Gb/s相干接收和传输芯片技术,863课题,(2011-2013,负责子课题) 9. 基于能带工程的硅基发光材料及光电子原型器件,973课题,(2007.7-2011.8,骨干) 10.
