刘丽娟，女，1978年3月生，博士学位。 2006.09-2008.06东北林业大学森林经理学硕士 2008.09-2011.06东北林业大学、中国林科院联合培养森林经理学博士教学工作：讲授的本科生课程：遥感图像处理。近五年主持和参与的科研项目： 1.国家自然科学基金（41201365）：基于不同雷达参数的滨海湿地水淹区散射特性研究，2013.1-2015.12，1/5。 2.浙江省自然科学基金（LQ12D01006）：基于多角度、多极化C波段SAR的滨海湿地水淹区散射特性研究，2012.1-2014.12，1/3。
