个人简介

殷丽君,博士,河南工业大学省级特聘教授,中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才,北京市委组织部优秀人才。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,参加完成了“十二五”国家科技支撑计划、农业部行业科技等国家省部级项目近20余项。已发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,EI收录10余篇。应邀参加国际会议并进行口头发言10余次。获得国家发明专利5项,获得北京市教学成果奖二等奖1项;获地厅级奖项及成果3项;培养硕士研究生20人,博士生5人。

研究领域

主要从事农产品加工、食品加工废弃物综合利用、谷物麸皮来源亲水胶体在食品加工中应用技术及理论研究、功能性配料、食品添加剂开发等研究工作

担任中国农业大学食品科学与工程国家实验教学中心常务副主任,食品科学与工程国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心常务副主任,中国农业工程学会农产品加工分会理事,中国食品科学技术学会大豆食品分会理事。聘为多种国际著名期刊,如Foodchem.,FoodHydrocolloids,CarbohydratePolymers等的审稿专家。
