研究领域

中兽医学与中兽药学。主要开展纳米化提高中药多糖脂质体的免疫增强作用和机理的研究,旨在研究开发新型安全有效的免疫佐剂,作为抗原物质的药物递送系统,充分利用国家丰富的中药资源,提高畜禽免疫力,以保障畜牧业的经济效益和可持续健康发展。主要包括中药多糖脂质体的制备工艺优化;中药多糖脂质体的质量检测;中药多糖脂质体的体外免疫活性试验;中药多糖脂质体的体内免疫佐剂活性试验;中药多糖脂质体免疫佐剂活性作用的机理。
