研究领域

(1)从miRNA角度探索了猪生殖细胞的热应激抵御与损害机制。 (2)发现BimEL蛋白在调控哺乳动物卵泡闭锁中发挥关键作用。 (3)发现反刍动物妊娠信号IFN-τ自分泌调控牛、羊早期胚胎发育的分子机制。据此理论设计的新型胚胎培养液和移植液能明显提高牛胚胎体外发育率和移植后受胎率。 (4)提出哺乳动物卵子老化新机制。 (5)积极开展牛、绵羊、山羊、马和驴的胚胎移植和繁殖控制技术的推广工作
