新型结构材料力学问题:研究各种新型块体结构材料的力学性能,揭示各种新型结构材料在变形与断裂过程中的力学问题 材料的界面与力学性能:以各种结构材料中典型界面为研究对象,客观评价典型界面在变形与断裂过程中的力学性能与可靠性 变形断裂的晶体学效应:以各种典型晶体材料为研究对象,揭示金属晶体材料塑性变形的物理本质与损伤机制 金属材料的强韧化机制:通过认识金属与合金材料的强度、塑性、断裂韧性与其微观组织之间的关系,探索提高工程合金材料性能潜力的强韧化理论 材料的疲劳与断裂理论:建立或发展金属材料疲劳损伤与寿命预测的新理论或新方法,进一步发展或完善金属材料的断裂、强度与失效理论
