个人简介

一、个人简介: 朱峰,男,1985年12月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。先后主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家桃产业技术体系、省自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。主要从事植物防御病毒入侵分子机理和植物病毒的鉴定及病毒病害防控研究。 招生专业:植物病理学(学硕)、资源利用与植物保护(专硕) 二、学习工作经历: 2005.9-2009.6井冈山大学生命科学学院生物技术专业学士学位 2009.9-2014.6四川大学生命科学学院植物学专业博士学位导师:席德慧教授,林宏辉教授(硕博连读) 2014.6-至今扬州大学园艺与植物保护学院,硕士生导师 三、教学工作: 本科生课程:《普通生物学》、《植物生态学》、《生物防治与生物农药》 研究生课程:《科技创新与论文写作》 主持扬州大学教学改革博士专项课题1项:“对分课堂”模式下《普通生物学》课程的教学改革研究(YZUJX2017—25B)

研究领域

1.植物病毒的鉴定及病毒病害防控研究:利用小RNA测序、生物学、血清学和分子生物学手段,对生产上危害严重的以及新出现病毒病进行快速诊断和鉴定。利用反向遗传学技术、分子生物学等多学科手段解析植物代谢产物防控植物病毒病害的分子机理及生化机制,为绿色防控植物病毒病害提供科学依据。 2.植物和病毒相互作用的分子机理研究:利用重要作物烟草和番茄及果树桃,采用遗传学,生理学,分子生物学以及生物化学的方法,深入挖掘植物抗病毒功能基因及防御信号通路、病害侵染和致病的分子机理,阐明植物抗病毒防御的分子机制。为增强植物的广谱抗性及及果树病害防控提供新的策略。
