研究方向:纳米半导体与器件应用 (1)硅基光伏材料与器件应用研究 (2)硅基光学微腔与电致发光器件研究

研究内容 (1)硅量子点,由于量子限制效应带来的特殊性质,可以通过改变其尺寸来调节其光学带隙,在新一代宽光谱响应硅基太阳能电池中具有潜在的应用前景,被认为是一种突破Shockley-Queisser极限的可能途径。 (2)光学微腔可以用来有效控制腔中电偶极子的自发辐射速率,调制腔中光场的模式密度分布,保证共振条件的光模式得到加强。 专利技术 (1)徐骏,曹蕴清,绪欣等;“一种带隙渐变硅量子点多层膜的太阳电池及制备方法”。公开号:CN103000742A. (2)芮云军,徐骏,曹蕴清等;“一种硅基金属微腔电致发光器件及制备方法”。申请号:2013105242106.
