个人简介

籍贯:浙江兰溪(1975/10) 2007年3月始研究员,中国科学院上海有机化学研究所; 2002年7月—2007年3月博士后,BrandeisUniversity(LiDeng教授); 2001年8月—2002年6月博士后,UniversityofHouston(JayK.Kochi教授); 1996年9月—2001年7月硕博研究生,中国科学院上海有机化学研究所; 1992年9月—1996年7月四川大学化学系获学士学位。

研究领域

我们小组侧重于基于不对称催化反应的天然产物全合成。在自然界中,许多生物活性分子来源于富电子不饱和碳氢化合物的氧化偶联反应。这类反应过程中高活性的自由基和碳正离子中间体不利于产物的立体化学控制。虽然通过手性底物和手性辅基的策略能在一定程度上控制产物的立体构型,但若能直接从简单易得的潜手性底物出发,通过不对称催化反应得到目标产物则更具有意义。我们将“阳离子-π电子相互作用”的概念用于新的催化剂的设计和合成,通过模拟生物酶来稳定高活性的自由基和碳正离子中间体,从而有效地控制反应产物的立体化学。这些转化策略不仅给复杂天然产物的全合成提供了更为简洁的合成路线,也有助于我们从化学转化的角度更好地理解天然产物的多样性。同时,仿酶的催化反应过程也使生物合成的策略在天然产物全合成的设计过程中得到完美的体现。
