男，1964年12月出生于江苏省南京市，目前任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研究员，博士生导师 1982.9-1986.8：南京大学化学系，获理学学士学位 1986.9-1991.6：中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，获理学博士学位 1991.7-1993.1：中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，助理研究员 1993.2-1994.8：美国杜邦公司研究与发展中心，访问学者 1994.9-1996.9：美国衣阿华大学，博士后访问学者 1996.10-1997.9：中国科学院上海有机化学研究所，副研究员 1997.10至今：被中国科学院破格晋升为研究员

研究领域

环境友好的新农药创制研究；含氟功能材料的研究和开发，如含氟质子交换膜、高性能氟橡胶、聚全氟苯等；有机氟化学反应研究：新型含氟砌块的合成、反应和应用研究；
