教育背景 1990年9月-1994年7月: 杭州大学(现浙江大学)化学系化学专业有机化学专门化班,理学学士 1994年9月-1997年7月:免试保送至中国科学院上海冶金研究所(现中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所),硕士学位,师从彭瑞伍研究员 1997年8月-2002年5月: 美国南加州大学(University of Southern California)化学系,博士学位,师从著名有机氟化学家G.K. Surya Prakash教授和诺贝尔奖得主George A. Olah教授 工作经历 1997 年-2001 年:分别担任美国南加州大学化学系教学助理(Teacher’s Assistant)和研究助理(Research Assistant) 2002年6月-2005年1月:美国南加州大学(University of Southern California)碳氢化学研究所George A. Olah教授和G.K. Surya Prakash教授联合研究组,博士后研究(Postdoctoral Fellow) 2005年1月- 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研究员, 博士生导师, 课题组长, 历任中国科学院有机氟化学重点实验室副主任、实验室主任、中国科学院上海有机化学研究所所长助理、 所党委副书记(主持工作)、所党委书记、所党委书记兼副所长、中国科学院上海分院院长

(1)研究和开发新型氟化和氟烷基化试剂、反应以及相关反应机理 (2)研究在有机化合物和材料中环境友好、高选择性地引入氟原子和含氟片段的新策略,以实现提高化合物生物活性及材料物理性能的目的 (3)研究并揭示有机化学中的独特氟原子取代效应(氟效应),以及有机含氟物质具有“奇特”化学、物理、生物等性质的科学本质 (4)基于有机含氟分子的独有特性,研究满足国家战略需求的有机含氟物质以及含氟材料
