个人简介

胡卫国,男,研究员,博士生导师。2007年于中国科学院半导体研究所获博士学位。其后任日本三重大学(MieUniv.)、神户大学(KobeUniv.)、东北大学(TohokuUniv.)博士后和助理教授。目前研究方向为半导体材料外延、压电(光)电子器件研制和模拟、以及新能源器件。迄今为止在Scienceadvances、AdvancedMaterials、ACSNan、NanoEnergy等学术期刊发表论文50余篇,在IEDM等40多个学术会议上报告研究成果。 获奖及荣誉: 1.2012年仙台电视访谈:http://cue-tv.net/program/columbus/samukawa_lab/ 2.2005年湖北省优秀硕士学位论文
