研究领域

实验室长期从事有机合成方法学的研究工作,在有机合成新方法、绿色有机合成、绿色催化、可见光催化、有机磷化学等研究领域取得了突出的研究成果。 探索和开辟了系列构建C-P键,C-C键,C-S键,C-N键,C-O键的新型有机合成新方法 (1)开发了多种自由基引发的串联环化反应合成系列多环特别是杂环功能有机化合物的高效合成新方法。 (2)以H-亚磷酸酯作为优异的合成前体,在构建C-P键化合物以及实现氮杂环的选择性官能团化方面展现了具有重要的理论意义及应用价值的学术成绩,在磷化学合成方法领域做出了突出贡献。 (3)设计并成功合成了一系列以含1,2,3-三氮唑五元杂环等新型双膦酸类化合物及其荧光标记物,并深入开展了相关生物活性的检测,此研究对于新型双膦酸类化合物合成和进一步的开发应用奠定基础。 (4)在天然产物的分离、提取及结构鉴定、天然产物与药物分子的磷酰化结构改造、小分子与大分子相互作用等方面开展了出色的工作
