研究领域

清洁化工,化工热力学和绿色分离工艺开发 本人长期致力于精细化工产品的开发以及结晶过程的基础研究工作。尤其是自2005年以来,利用改进的Pitzer模型对电解质-非电解质体系的相平衡进行了计算和关联。在江苏省教育厅自然科学研究基金和扬州大学校基金以及扬州大学“物理化学江苏省国家重点学科培育点”开放基金的资助下,建立了一套完整的液固体系相平衡的测定装置。主要参与并完成科研项目21项,其中7项全部通过省科厅或教育厅鉴定,四项达到国内领先水平,其中一项为国内首创。主持完成的河南省科技攻关项目“两步法制备4Na2SO42H2O2NaCl新工艺”于2004年7月通过河南省科技厅组织的专家鉴定,居国际先进水平。主要参与完成的河南省科技攻关项目“壳聚糖清洁生产新工艺”和“AMBD阴阳离子复合及氨稳定型碳铵添加剂 的研究开发”于2001年12月通过河南省科技厅鉴定,居国内领先水平;主要参与完成的“新型复合松散剂及其在制造松散型硝酸铵中的应用研究”项目,于2002年11月获河南省教育系统二等奖,河南省科技进步三等奖。发表学术论文60余篇,其中27篇被SCI和EI收录,申请专利17项,其中作为第一申请人有两项专利授权。与江苏快达农化股份有限公司、镇江晶晶化工股份有限公司、南通天海化工助剂有限公司和南通莱嘉莉化工有限公司等多家企业单位有着良好的合作关系。目前正在承担两项横向科研项目“3,5-二氯苯胺、3,5-二氯硝基苯分离”和“3-氨基-5-甲基吡唑的合成”,参与江苏省科技支撑计划项目“硝基氯苯清洁生产新工艺及关键技术开发(项目批准号:BE200800152)”。研究成果引起了国内外同行的关注和认同。 目前主要的研究方向包括: (1)同分异构体的分离工艺研究院; (2)液体相平衡的测定、计算和关联及相平衡热力学; (3)离子强度智能开关溶剂在清洁化工生产中的应用研究; (4)化工流程模拟。
