研究领域

研究领域为纳米生物界面,研究方向聚焦于纳米材料在亚细胞水平与生物分子的相互作用,及其对于细胞内信号转导通路的调控和机理研究。围绕这一主题,针对多种纳米材料的理化性质与其生物学效应的关系,功能化纳米复合物的制备及其在生物成像、生物传感和纳米医药领域的应用等,开展了一系列的研究工作。立足于生物学体系,综合运用包括生化分析、分子遗传、材料学、同步辐射高分辨成像、活细胞标记与示踪等技术手段,揭示纳米材料在分子层面与细胞的相互作用,阐明相关的细胞过程和信号转导通路,并据此提出了可行的调控机理和应用。
