金属有机化学金属有机化学是无机化学与有机化学的交叉学科，它研究含有金属-碳键的化合物即所谓的金属有机化合物的结构、合成和反应及其应用的规律。金属有机化学，因结构新、反应奇、应用广，蓬勃发展，前途未可限量。从事这方面研究的研究生或博士后将会在配位化学、有机合成、晶体学和测试手段各个方面得到全面的锻炼。具体研究方向主要包括：功能配合物的设计、合成研究羰基簇合物的设计、合成研究氢化酶模拟物的设计、合成研究金属有机化合物的催化反应研究
