研究领域

胶体与界面化学,材料物理化学 主要从事功能性两亲分子有序自组装体的构筑、结构特性及其在材料、生物医药、农药等领域的应用研究。近五年来主持江苏省自然科学基金1项,并作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金项目4项,其中重点项目2项。主要承担了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100和两亲三嵌段共聚物F127相行为和结构特性研究、新型绿色润滑材料以及磁性的研制以及分子有序组合体与药物的相互作用等研究工作,在J. Phys. Chem. B, Langmuir, J. Colloid Interface Sci.,等核心期刊共发表SCI论文20多篇。一些重要的研究工作概括如下: 1. 首次系统研究了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100以及两亲三嵌段共聚物F127在水溶液中的相行为,特别是以电化学方法研究了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100以及两亲三嵌段共聚物F127的胶束、微乳液的结构特性和转换关系,为揭示不同层次结构分子有序自组装体之间的转变和精确调控提供了重要的方法和理论依据。 2. 基于两亲分子的结构导向作用及其聚集体的模板作用,对功能性微/纳米材料,如Cu2S、PbS、La2(MO4)3等进行形貌与结构的精确调控,并研究了其晶体生长机理,为功能无机材料的制备和应用提供重要的理论指导。 3. 以生物相容性金纳米材料为载体,制备了金纳米粒子-药物复合材料,并研究了药物在金纳米粒子表面的缔合机理,为药物的靶向和控制释放提供新型途径。 2. 系统研究了生物大分子,如DNA、牛血清蛋白等与离子液体的相互作用特性,揭示了绿色溶剂对生物大分子结构和性能的影响,为生物大分子的分离、提纯以及生物器件的设计提供了重要的理论基础。 3. 合成了糖苷型绿色表面活性剂并用作除草剂,如草甘膦的助剂,发现其对草甘膦具有较好的增溶效果,并在提高除草率和速效性,降低复配成本方面取得了显著进展。 目前主要的研究方向包括: (1)新型功能性分子有序组合体的生成、转变与调控研究; (2)基于分子有序子合体的功能性稀土、磁性材料的制备及其应用; (3)基于分子有序组合体的绿色、高效农药剂型的制备及其应用; (4)基于乳化技术的新型材料的研制及其在环境、能源等领域的功能性应用;
