个人简介

2002年毕业于内蒙古农业大学，获硕士学位，同年留校任教。2004.9-2008.7在中国农业大学资源环境学院养分资源管理小组攻读博士学位，2006.11-2007.2期间在德国科隆大学遥感研究所进修3个月。2009.3-2012.10德国慕尼黑工业大学博士后，主持和承担多项国家自然基金和中德合作项目。目前主要从事农田生态系统高生产力与环境保护并重的养分资源综合管理研究工作和精准农业方面的研究工作。是国际著名遥感杂志“ISPRSJournalofPhotogrammetryandRemoteSensing”和“FieldCropsResearch”的特邀评审人。同时，也是国际农业信息和可持续发展中心的重要成员（http://www.icasd.uni-koeln.de/index.637.en.html）。在国际知名杂志“AgriculturalandForestMeteorology”、“ISPRSJournalofPhotogrammetryandRemoteSensing”、“EuropeanJournalofAgronomy”、“FieldCropsResearch”、“SoilScienceSocietyofAmericaJournal”和“PrecisionAgriculture”等SCI收录刊物以及一些国际会议和国内期刊上发表论文30多篇。二、学习与工作经历： 1994.9-1998.7：内蒙古农业大学，本科 1999.9-2002.7：内蒙古农业大学，硕士 2002.7-2010.12：内蒙古农业大学，讲师 2004.9-2008.7：中国农业大学，博士 2006.11-2007.2：德国科隆大学地理与遥感研究所，进修学习 2009.3-2012.10：德国慕尼黑工业大学植物营养研究所，博士后 2010.12-2013.12：内蒙古农业大学生态环境学院，副教授 2013.12-2016年5月：内蒙古农业大学生态环境学院，教授 2016年6月至今：内蒙古农业大学草原与资源环境学院 1）基于光谱的植物氮营养诊断及植被监测 2）基于传感器的作物氮素养分管理 3）土壤、植株快速测试推荐施肥技术
