研究领域

昆虫生化与分子生物学,家蚕遗传与资源利用

以鳞翅目模式昆虫家蚕为研究对象,主要从事昆虫生理生化学、分子生物学与遗传学等方面的课题研究。在后基因组时代利用家蚕全基因组信息及丰富的突变体遗传资源,定位克隆控制家蚕重要品质性状基因、研究基因功能,开发家蚕蚕丝以外具有重要应用前景的研究领域具有学术专长并取得较好的研究进展。主要研究方向: 1.定位克隆调控家蚕内源性体表色素形成的重要功能性基因,阐明其在昆虫氨基酸等物质代谢中的作用机制,探索利用家蚕突变体作为药用前体物质合成及人类疾病模型的应用价值; 2.研究家蚕糖营养代谢过程中特异性蔗糖水解酶同源基因在不同鳞翅目昆虫中的进化特征、表达模式及其表达调控分子机制,从昆虫中肠消化酶的角度揭示植食性昆虫-寄主植物的互作规律与协同进化关系; 3.以家蚕为模式,通过对主要卵黄蛋白受体基因的克隆与功能鉴定,研究鳞翅目昆虫受精卵形成前及胚胎发育过程中卵黄蛋白的内吞作用机理,为防治农林害虫寻求新靶标、提供新策略。
