个人简介

朱苏文,教授,硕士生导师 1961年生,1982.7安徽工业大学本科毕业,1999年安徽农业大学作物遗传育种专业硕士研究生班毕业。长期从事激光、离子束等环境生物物理和玉米等作物分子生物学研究,先后开展了微生物和玉米离子束辐照效应及Mu转座子激活的DNA甲基化表观遗传机制研究,建立了菌根真菌离体共生体系,研究了菌根真菌与植物共生对农药等环境污染物拮抗降解效应,开展了玉米淀粉改性等生物质转化及相关基因的克隆和分子标记研究,从玉米中克隆抗逆相关基因和调控元件10个。主持国家自然科学基金、国家转基因专项、国家科技支撑计划等项目7项,参与选育玉米新品种4个,发表论文30余篇,申请专利4项,获省级科技进步二等奖3项。 主要教学经历与成果: 1.讲授基因工程,现代生物技术概论,化工原理等本科生课程。 2.DNA分子操作实验教学“四结合”模式的建立与应用,第一完成人,安徽省教学成果三等奖,2010.11 3.基因工程原理与应用,中国农业出版社,参编,2006.11 4.现代生物技术概论,中国农业出版社,参编,2003.9 主要科研项目: 1.AM真菌增强玉米根系降解除草剂的分子机理(31470465),国家自然科学基金,2015.1-2018.12,主持人 2.低能离子束诱导玉米Mu转座子活性变异及其机制研究(11075001),国家自然科学基金,2011.12-2013.12,主持人 3.沿淮低洼地作物适应性品种的筛选与选育(2009BADA6B001-1),国家科技支撑计划子课题,2009.1-2011.12,主持人 4.转基因新技术新方法研究(2008ZX08010-001),国家重大转基因专项子课题,2008.7-2010.12,主持人 5.玉米Mu转座子突变体高频转座机制研究(30771309),国家自然科学基金,2008.1-2010.12,主持人
