个人简介

魏书, 植物学博士,教授, 博士生导师 以色列希伯来大学植物学博士。曾先后在中国农科院郑州果树所和江苏农科院园艺所从事果树花卉的栽培技术和脱病毒技术研究;在以色列希伯来大学攻读植物学博士学位期间,重点研究调节植物挥发性物质的合成和释放的技术;在美国明尼苏达大学和加拿大农业部萨斯卡通研究中心进行博士后的研究期间,分别研究长春花抗癌萜类生物碱的生物合成和拟南芥及油菜的胡萝卜素代谢的调控。

植物次生代谢

植物非编码RNA及其调控网络对植物生长发育的作用机理 非编码RNA是除了转录因子之外又一类调控生物基因表达的因子。是目前生物学界的研究热点。研究此类分子对植物次生代谢的调控,是魏书教授实验室的一个核心研究内容。 植物香味物质生物合成途径的研究和基因工程 植物合成和释放的香气物质常常对植物产品的质量有决定性的影响,这些物质也往往成为昆虫识别寄主的信息分子。通过改变植物挥发性物质生物合成和释放,不仅有可能改变植物和相关昆虫的寄主关系而减轻昆虫对植物的危害,还可以定向改变植物的香味香型,增进植物的品质。 植物类胡萝卜素生物合成途径中调控因子的研究 类胡萝卜素是植物通过类异戊二烯途径合成而呈现红色、橙红色和黄色的一大类色素物质的总称。是植物光吸收复合体的重要组分,并且在保护光合器官、防止光氧化损伤等方面起着重要作用,并具有重要的健康功能。对植物类胡萝卜素生物合成途径的研究已有大量的报道。但对于该途径的调控因子机制了解放非常有限。希望通过对模式之物的研究,进一步揭示植物类胡萝卜素生物合成途径中调控机制,为作物品质的改良提供依据。
