研究领域

眼表的免疫学调节机制及其失调引起的免疫学疾病。通过高分辩显微镜、模式动物、细胞和分子生物学技术、生物信息学来解析眼表免疫调节中复杂的基本问题：包括确定免疫细胞在眼表组织中的分布和活动规律，参与眼表疾病发生的重要基因和分子的功能，以及代谢、营养、内分泌和外界环境变化与眼表免疫调节中的交互作用。最终，希望能够解析眼表是如何维持免疫生理学稳态以及失调后疾病的发生机制并寻找行之有效的防治措施。近年来实验室的工作包括：（1）确立某些重要免疫细胞和分子在眼免疫性疾病中的重要作用；（2）解析代谢应激、昼夜节律和肠道微生态对眼表生理免疫稳态的影响；（3）确定数种免疫细胞和分子在眼表发育、创伤修复和炎症触发中的重要机制
