个人简介

1986年毕业于湖北大学化学系,1986—1996年任华中橡胶厂技术干部,1996年获华中农业大学食品加工与贮藏硕士学位,2007获食品科学博士学位,1996年至今为华中农业大学食品科技学院食品化学系教师。现任华中农业大学农林生物基材料综合利用研究所所长。
