教育经历 2012/09－至今，中南民族大学，生物医学工程学院，副教授 2008/09–2012/06，华中科技大学，计算机科学与技术学院，博士 2004/09–2007/03，华中科技大学，计算机科学与技术学院，硕士 1994/09–1998/06，江汉大学，应用物理系，学士科研与学术工作经历 2012/09－至今，中南民族大学，生物医学工程学院，讲师 2015/09-2017/09，谢菲尔德大学，电子工程学院CISTIB研究室，博士后，合作导师：AlejandroFrangi 博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究领域包括：医学图像处理、计算机视觉、人工智能。2012年6月毕业于华中科技大学计算机科学与技术学院，获工学博士学位。2012年6月在中南民族大学生物医学工程学院从事科研和教学工作。 2015年9月至2017年9月作为国家公派博士后研究人员赴英国谢菲尔德大学电子电气工程学院，在导师Alejandro Frangi所在的CISTIB研究室工作，聚焦于深度学习神经网络在医学图像处理与分析的研究，融合深度学习网络、稀疏活动形状模型对核磁心脏图像进行三维建模与四维分割。主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省自然科学基金项目、武汉市科技计划应用基础前沿项目各1项。在COMPUT METH PROG BIO，SIGNAL PROCESS-IMAGE，NEUROCOMPUTING，PLOS ONE，MAGN RESON IMAGING等期刊发表论文20余篇，以第一发明人获授权专利5项。
