研究领域

1. 油菜开花调控网络解析 油菜是世界上主要的油料作物。开花是植物由营养生长转向生殖生长的显著标志,因而适时开花可以避开不良的生长环境,是油菜获得高产和稳产的前提条件。揭示调控开花的基因网络,为培育适应不同生态环境和气候的品种奠定基础。 2. 多拷贝基因的结构与功能分化 植物中多倍体是非常普遍的,在进化过程中具有显著的优势,尤其很多作物都是多倍体。通过研究多倍体中多拷贝基因间序列结构、表观遗传修饰、转录水平上的变异以及对表型的影响,揭示和阐明多基因之间的相互作用与网络调控的分子机制及其进化意义。 3. DNA甲基化对基因表达的调控以及对表型的影响 DNA甲基化对基因的调控以及基因组的稳定都发挥着很重要的作用,通过研究DNA甲基化对基因表达的调控以及对表型的影响,探索和揭示表观遗传对油菜重要农艺性状的发育调控
