1、 创制油菜突变体群体。利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术构建油菜突变体 2、 油菜自交不亲和信号通路的解析。自交不亲和是一种重要的自然现象 3、 酪蛋白激酶参与水稻开花时间和株型的调控。通过筛选水稻T-DNA插入突变群体获得了一系列的水稻早花突变体 4、 拟南芥钙调素蛋白调控叶片衰老机制。钙调素蛋白是生物体响应钙信号的重要蛋白
