个人简介

庞希宁教授,细胞生物学理学博士,博士研究生导师。辽宁杰出科技工作者,辽宁省首席科学传播专家,沈阳市高层次领军人才,沈阳市优秀科技工作者。辽宁生命健康产业专家委员会特聘专家委员, 辽宁科技创新发展智库专家,沈阳市科技创新智库专家。 主译世界第一部《再生生物学与再生医学》教材,2013年,89万字(科学出版社出版);主编我国高等院校本科生创新教材第一部《干细胞与再生医学》,2014年,64万字、《干细胞与再生医学习题集》,2015年,和《干细胞与再生医学实验教程》系列教材,2016年,(人民卫生出版社出版);主编专著《现代干细胞与再生医学》 ,2017年,145万字、第一次提出干细胞概念应包括旁分泌作用。在全国率先开设中国医科大学本科生和研究生“干细胞与再生医学”课程20余年。培养干细胞与再生医学研究生38名,其中博士生13名。获得国家973计划项目子课题,国家自然科学基金,教育部和省市等有关干细胞研究资助1000余万元,作为项目负责人的“人羊膜生物敷料及羊膜干细胞项目”2020年获得辽宁省工业高质量发展重点项目 并纳入沈阳市“十四五”规划 ,2023年获得辽宁省“揭榜挂帅”技术攻关科技计划项目。发表论文110余篇,其中干细胞与再生医学研究文章87篇,SCI收录32篇,总IF152.8,被引用647次。作为第一发明人获得国家授权发明专利10项,,实用新型专利6项,外观设计专利12项。主持起草公布“羊膜及其干细胞”团体标准5项 。一项国家发明专利获第二十二届中国专利优秀奖。获沈阳市科学技术进步一等奖和辽宁省科学技术奖三等奖各一项。获辽宁省医学会临床专业技术奖一项。研究发现人羊膜干细胞清除自由基和提升抗氧化酶活力,有抗细胞衰老作用;发现10余个与创面无瘢痕修复相关的miRNA,有抗纤维化作用;发现一个胰岛素启动子抑制因子,中和该因子能促进骨髓间充质干细胞分化为胰岛β细胞,治疗糖尿病;发现一个人羊膜干细胞分泌的蛋白质能促进精原细胞增殖,治疗男性不育;发现一个人羊膜干细胞的miRNA能促进卵巢颗粒细胞增殖和减少凋亡,治疗女性不育;发明人工智能膀胱。
