1968年11月出生，市政工程博士后,市政工程工学博士，给水排水高级工程师，副教授，中共党员，武汉市环境工程专家库专家。

研究领域

军团菌研究，活性污泥快速培养，各种高难度废水处理技术，污水厂节能改造，脱氮除磷机理的研究，污水厂的污水达标排放的技术改造，各类水电风工程施工、设备安装及审计工作，自来水厂和污水厂的设计和安装
