个人简介
陈丽春，女，1975年3月出生，浙江瑞安人，博士，副教授， 硕士生导师。、曾任职于温州大学、浙江科技学院，2018年曾在加拿大Ottawa University访问进修。2019年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。
研究领域
1、超小分子微结构的构筑、性质及分子间相互作用；
2、基于天然产物，药食同源原料加工提取、分离、纯化技术优化及结构分析；食品功效成分功能评价与功能产品开发
