个人简介

陈丽春,女,1975年3月出生,浙江瑞安人,博士,副教授, 硕士生导师。、曾任职于温州大学、浙江科技学院,2018年曾在加拿大Ottawa University访问进修。2019年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。

研究领域

1、超小分子微结构的构筑、性质及分子间相互作用; 2、基于天然产物,药食同源原料加工提取、分离、纯化技术优化及结构分析;食品功效成分功能评价与功能产品开发
