个人简介

冯立芳,男,1982年生于浙江慈溪市,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2010年6月毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获水生生物学博士学位。2010年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。 2015.7-2017.6在美国University of Michigan从事博士后研究工作。

研究领域

(1)食品中腐败菌和致病菌的功能基因组学研究; (2)食品添加剂的保鲜效果及安全评估
