个人简介

冯俊丽 女,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2004年6月硕士毕业于浙江大学生命科学学院,2009年3月博士毕业于浙江大学生命科学学院,获微生物学专业博士学位。2004年7月至2014年3月在浙江理工大学生命科学学院工作,2014年4月起任职于浙江工商大学水产品加工研究所。

研究领域

(1)水产品综合利用及功能性食品研究;(2)水产品质量安全的分子检测
